We had a roof vent blow off over the holidays and Chad got us on his schedule right away. Not only did he do a great patch on the water damaged ceiling drywall, he replaced the damaged and wet insulation and even got up on the roof to fix the roof vent. He was a pleasure to work with and seemed like a really decent and cool guy. We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again for any general contractor needs that come up.

Overall they did a great job. Fast and good quality. The most impressive to us was the custom texturing they applied to the two accent walls in our living room to cover up preexisting problems. They used a broom head to create vertical lines floor to ceiling.

Chad Cooke was recommended to me for a drywall repair it on 2 newly installed skylights. He was not only professional and talented, he was such a nice person. He showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend!

Chad does amazing work and was a pleasure to work with. We had a big project with several unexpected changes and Chad was flexible and accommodating. We had our walls refinished with tinted plaster throughout our home (in addition to other renovations), and the end result is absolutely stunning.
